Hello to all our great root beer customers! You may be aware of the national labor shortage affecting businesses nationwide. Like so many other businesses, this shortage has affected The Root Beer Store as we struggle to employ warehouse workers to sort, pack, and ship our great product to you and our amazing customers nationwide. We always want you to receive your root beer in a timely manner, and never want you to experience delays or problems in receiving our gourmet sodas! We are also undergoing a complete transformative upgrade to our website. For these reasons, we are PAUSING the root beer store's sales (online only) until NOVEMBER 1st, as we work through the labor shortage and update our website. Rest assured that any order that has been entered into our system prior to the PAUSE will continue to be processed, and Root Beer of the Month subscribers are being emailed about the PAUSE on their subscriptions with further details. Regarding our website upgrade, we will be building a more robust website that includes our main site and our shopping cart site at the same URL. (Until now the shopping cart has been linked to a different website). The new site will also include better photos/descriptions, and will now include a full selection of non-root sodas (Grapes, oranges, limes, cherry, unique or weird sodas, etc.). The PAUSE is also allowing us to revamp our packaging and shipping procedures and increase our inventory levels. We have encountered significant growth over the years, and continue to see new customers excited about our Root Beer concept, and our Root Beer of the Month Club. So stay tuned as we ramp up to an even better buying experience.
